Summer Honey Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Makes approximately 2 serves)
- 300ml Apple
Juice
- 1½ tablespoons
of liquid honey
- 200g natural
yogurt
- 250g frozen
summer fruits.
Method:
- Add the Apple
juice, Honey, Frozen Fruits and Yogurt into a blender.
- Start the
blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste for
sweetness, add further honey as required.
- Pour into
glasses and enjoy on a hot day.
